Thank you for visiting Following the completion of the USAID supported FISH Project in 2010, this websites was not updated until it received a new source of support. Now that the Coastal Conservation and Education Foundation (CCEF) has acquired the OneOcean website, it is active again. OneOcean is a very resource rich web source of information on marine resource management and conservation in the Philippines and for the Coral Triangle Region. Please make use of this site and offer your support and advice on adding new and useful references for sharing.

Given the many issues in th e marine fisheries sector, it is easy to miss its potentials, yet opportunities for management do exist. (In Turbulent Seas: The Status of Philippine Marine Fisheries 2004)

This site is hosted by:

CCEF is a non-stock, non-profit organization serving a leadership role in managing Philippine coastal habitats. Our work has shown many times that sustainable use of marine resources is possible when local governments and communities are actively involved in managing them.

We acquired this site through generous donations from supporters. Thank you!

Help us keep this site running!
